How long does onboarding take?
It depends on community size and the data you bring, but in practice it is often a few days up to a couple of weeks: community setup, residents, access rules, and training for gate and office staff. We help you through go-live so nothing is half-finished.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours: before offboarding you can export what each module allows (finance, lists, etc.). Retention timelines and the exact process follow your agreement and applicable law in Mexico; support walks you through it before you close.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes. Konvivit is built for residential communities in Mexico: docs, UI, and support in Spanish, with the same product available in other languages for residents when your community needs it.
Does it work for small communities?
Yes. Mid-size subdivisions and larger developments get the same benefit: less operational chaos and clearer collections. You feel the value as soon as you move off chat groups and spreadsheets alone.
Do I need to install anything?
Administration runs in the browser; residents and gate staff use the mobile app. There are no servers to run on-site: the software runs in the cloud with the product’s security standards.
Does it support CFDI and Mexican invoicing?
The product roadmap includes electronic invoicing (CFDI) through an authorized provider when your community and tax process require it, plus collections with common methods in Mexico (card, OXXO, SPEI). Sales can confirm details by plan and phase.
